Easy French Bread Pizza

Easy Breezy French Bread Pizza

Buy French Bread at the grocery and cut to the size you prefer and cut off the top. Layer warm pizza sauce, toppings (warming any that you want to be hot) and then cheese. Broil the pizzas on a lined cookie sheet for 5-10 minutes (sometimes less) until the cheese is bubbly and the crust is crunchy. Easiest recipe EVER!

Color by Number Worksheet

I made this worksheet this morning. I have been making a lot of these because it helps them identify color words, teaches them about keys, helps them follow directions and reinforces the benefits of coloring. Worksheets with one objective irk me. It is hard to find them otherwise, so I make them. Steal it if you wish.

Low Fat Crock Pot Chili

I found a chili recipe yesterday but changed it up a bit so it would have less calories and fat. It turned out incredibly well. It could be my favorite recipe I have ever made!

2 pounds ground turkey
2 (16 ounce) cans kidney beans, rinsed and drained
2 (14.5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes with chilies, undrained
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
3 tablespoons chili powder
2 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon pepper
Reduced Fat Shredded Cheddar cheese: TOPPING
Franks Red Hot (optional):TOPPING
Reduced Fat Sour Cream: TOPPING

Brown turkey, drain and throw the meat along with the next 8 ingredients in a crock pot and cook for 10 hours on low or 4-5 on high.

Top with cheese, a dollop of sour cream and some Red Hot!
